There is a point where one can't though and this is in the grey for sure.


For example, one 'may' have considerations for Data Privacy laws vs ADA type of laws vs discrimination type of laws. Definitions mean everything, but this falls short on that & punts it to business. Clearly another example of a mess that Exec Orders bring.
