It will be interesting......

to watch that principle presented in a court of law in discussing the choice of say Texas/Florida vs. UNC/Stanford. In arguing those principles I would guess the more examples that could be raised improve what are probably miniscule odds to begin with. I am guessing lawyers that do TV contracts for the side writing the checks have more provisions at their disposal that are bargained in the normal course of contract negotiations. Any real lawyers want to weigh in? I only had a one night stay in a Holiday Inn Express and some course work in business and contract law to fall back on. ;-)
