VT offers the 12th most populous state, which would rank #4 in the SEC


and a significant piece of the #6 US metropolitan TV market. DC-NOVA is bigger than the Atlanta market, and more than Kansas City and St. Louis combined.

Plus, we have some brand recognition and a little history.

That's our hook. If the SEC had a choice between Mizzou and VT today, VT would win hands down.

The SEC already owns the southeast and soon most of the southwest. It does not yet own the mid-Atlantic, and only the NC and VA schools can fix that.

So, we need to call the SEC ASAP and set something up, because I think they already have eyes on VT. UVa is B1G-bound.
