Maybe if you live in/near Blacksburg, it works. Probably like how people in Greenville think the whole world revolved around ECU.

We’d never be on TV and the talent level would just decline. If you really want to be competitive in the sense of being interesting, you have to be top-tier. Extrapolate... There’s a reason why middle school soccer games aren’t on TV, and nobody besides the parents talk about them.
