That’s a little strong and blame should go more to ACC

than ND for letting ND do the bidding for them. But that is only if a) ACC knew exactly what was going on WRT to playoff negotiations, and b) ND did not know about SEC plans. On A, I heard a snipet in Ovies show where Joe G. talked about how Swarbick was explaining it to all the ACC ADs after the fact.
