If there is a "P4" it won't be balanced.

And as a result will never be a force enough to bring about a 4-team, conference champions only playoff, which is what I think many people (not me) thought would happen. As a result, ND still has and will continue to have access to the CFP (especially if it goes to 12 teams).

My thought about ND joining the ACC is that they might need a new dynamic to get more viewers. Or, if they have scheduling problems.
