Depends on how much ND cares about the ACC. If they don't care, nothing


changes and the conference is probably in for a big hit.

If you look at recruiting rankings and players to the NFL, the ACC has been close to the SEC. So if ND stands still and doesn't care about the ACC, the ACC is going to sink most likely substantially.
