Same situation w/my mom’s knees. I always heard that shoulders were


Worse. She had one knee first & hated it but she went for her shoulder next & 6 months later did the other shoulder. She’s thrilled with her shoulder results but doubt she’ll ever do her other knee which was the original plan. Now she complains about both knees. Sadly, my mom used to stay in shape but as her knees degraded her weight has crept up, which doesn’t help.
