I need one now in left knee and headed that way for right knee


But the down time for recovery does not work for me right now so I am pushing it off with the “non surgical” (shots) options right now. Pain is pretty much under control. Saw an ortho doc this week though and he did not mention any special prep. He said these days they get you on your feet with s as walker the first week then 5-6 weeks of a cane but 6 months for full recovery
