Had bilateral done in December. Pre-op you need to drop weight if you can


but also getting up and down is tough. So strengthening your upper body and especially abs ( core) is key. You’ll need that mobility and strength cause your knee just isn’t gonna work like you want and you will need upper body strength to help with a lot of things. Other than that, do your post op therapy and icing. Good luck.
