PT can be a mutha but extremely important. Many exercises can be done at home but a physical therapist can be your best friend that you want to throttle.

I haven't had a lick of problems with either knee hell they have you up and walking as soon as you wake up in post-op. I stayed overnight on the right knee and went home that day with the left knee.

Plus you get these heller neat scars to show off.
