Ahhh...in that case I am not sure which is the more valuable program


within the state since UT is basically divided in half like KY (red vs. blue). As an outsider not completely familiar with UT's state politics, I would probably give the edge to BYU. However, I am assuming that BYU has the same following as Notre Dame does because of its religious affiliation. It may be a flawed assumption on my part because the number of Catholics may significantly outnumber the number of Mormons.
