...robbing members from other P5 conferences. Guess you could steal from the MWC or Conference USA, but do they have anyone who cold "move the needle?"

The Pac-12 is pretty safe from being robbed, since they're geographically separated from every other P5 conference.

The SEC and B1X are pretty dang safe due to their payouts to conference members.

The ACC now has a TV network, so they are probably next in the pecking order.

The B12 is the weakest due to no TV contract (other than the Big-TX network), and everyone wanting to distance themselves from Big-TX. Anyone who could get into another conference has already left (OU being the sole exception).

The ACC's biggest problem is the amount of "deadwood" in the conferences. Basically teams that suck football revenues without spending the money to put a viable product on the field. We have too many small private schools. The SEC has one, Vandy. The B1X has one, NW. The Pac-12 has two, Stanford and USC, and both of those are "all in" for football. The ACC has more than it's share of small private schools: Miami, BC, Dook, Syracuse, and even Pitt is some type of hybrid public/private school. ND is ND...a small private school that's half in, & half out.

I don't think any of the long term ACC members wants to leave, so I predict nothing changes for the ACC until ND decided to join or leave.
