Not you in or you are out, I want you and come in now.

There is alot of 'discussions' in closed door that the commissioner has to work. He has to discuss individually with each president, and be prepared to respond to each schools concern etc.

Its the same with Notre Dame. Looks like the ACC Commissioner is a leader that can deal in this environment
