Along with adding Notre Dame. Doing both of those would move ND from NBC to Disney, plus adding another conference game gives Disney more ACC inventory. Disney would prefer for Florida State to play Duke on one of their networks than for FSU to play at Oklahoma on FOX. And they would prefer to have Notre Dame on Disney for a minimum of 9 games a season.
