Maybe you should take shorter showers?


My main heater (gas) is set one notch above "warm" (maybe 3 or 4 notches below "hot", and I didn't see an adjustment on my electric "booster" heater. I recall the place I rented previously, when they replaced the water heater I had to set it pretty high.

Have you checked the hot water temp coming out of a faucet?
