Only if people are willing to privately donate the money

to sponsor men's and women's ice hockey like what took place for Arizona State's men's ice hockey. It is worth noting that VT women's club ice hockey is supposed to start this year (I think). If both teams become popular among the students, alumni, and fans, then enough people may decide to donate so VT can sponsor both programs.
