Unfortunately that's what it's going to take. The collars are a patch but


Charley won't stop it, she'll just pull until she gets choked or made "uncomfortable," whatever that means, then do it all over again. We had a Sharpei that was hard-headed and really didn't care a whole lot about food. He was a challenge but his boredom of standing in the street finally got him to come around and be pretty good. Also, try to wear her out some before you walk. If she's a little tired she might be less aggressive on the walk.
