As said below, better training. When Charley pulls stop. Don't move again


until he stops lunging and the lease has slack again. It could take a while but you need to make him learn. Take treats with you and give Charley treats to walk beside you. Once he gets ahead of you again, stop. Call him back to you and use the treat as incentive. Have him sit beside you and don't let him go again until you start walking.
