Sorry I lack your great wisdom and deep insight. Answer is still no.

When more of the old gray haired men with money and power who run Notre Dame and NBC kick the bucket, try again.

Maybe the younger generation will say, wow, that was cool, I wouldn't mind doing that again because playing Florida State and Clemson and Duke and Wake Forest is no different than playing Georgia and Michigan and Navy and South Florida. And maybe when the younger generation comes of age 10 or 20 years from now, that will make some small difference. But it won't make any difference today and it probably won't make much difference anytime ever.
