Look at the original post for the question. The question was "not" do you think ND will join a conference.

The answer is what you think the answer is to the original question. Really it is three answers even though you could use the same answer for all three groups.

PS I know there are a lot of "what ifs" in the question, but I was just trying to get a feel for how people felt. It's really more of a survey question.
