Not sure about online shopping but

I worked at a dealership (parts dept.) for 15 years back in the day and let me tell you- I don’t trust anyone in a dealership. Yes, there are some decent salespeople but they are few and far between and usually don’t last.

Having said that; due your due diligence. Attached is a link to a video (there are several worth watching- check out a few of them; at 1.5 speed 😉)

Lots of good info from the lizards here. Just be ready to walk away at any time. Don’t let these hucksters cheat you.
