Yeah, realtors play this game a lot


We moved into a town 6 years ago where everything was going multiple bids, etc.

What I noticed the realtors do here is, say a neighborhood sells at $700/sq ft, they'll list at $600/sq ft and get ten offers, eventually getting the $700, but they look like a hero to the seller.

I found the one house that was way overpriced, and had been sitting a month, and the guy came down to the $700 number it was worth which i offered. I bid on one house and got it, due to a realtor kinda playing the opposite game of everyone else as he didn't know what he was doing LOL.

The truth is this, something is worth what it is worth....IIWII..the realtors play a lot games trying to build their personal brands.
