We could definitely stand something bigger and one with another bathroom.

The kids are just 7 & 10, but we love where we live. We could sell for about $300-315K, but any upgrade would either be a fixer upper or more like the $450K range. Those are hard to find as it is in our neighborhood. The dream is one of those big houses on Grandin, but that will never happen. Our best move will be to add a bathroom and finish the basement. Not what the wife wants, but it's going to be our smartest move, unless we get lucky.
