I was surprised the house across the street took 2 days to have an under

contract put on there. Now that could've been the realtor not getting it there, or they just took bids for 48 hrs and accepted the best one.

The other house near us (I know, we smell or something) is so overpriced, it's going to be interesting to see if it sells by school time in August.
