What I don’t quite understand is how the potential death


Estimates can be so high right now. For instance, Germany has a population of 83 million people and they have some academics warning of 40,000 deaths. If that held true for China, with a population of 1.3 billion, we would have to see 62,650 deaths. Currently, China is a little over 3,000 deaths. So, either the info out of China is wrong, or China did something VERY right to keep deaths down. Or, of course, the media and German leadership is running with worst case scenarios to drive policy. I mean, nothing wrong with that, just tell us where the numbers come from.
