You may be right in that it won't kills that many---if it doesn't, it's because we close everything for a while, socially distance from each other, self quarantine, improve hygiene, etc.

But if you're asking what will happen if we don't take these extreme measures? It think it will kill half a million or more.

We have a choice.

The case fatality rate is only in part determined by biology. The rest is determined by society.
