Duke - scholarships through grants


Back in 2016, I spoke to a parent whose son was going to Duke to wrestle and he mentioned there were no scholarships, but his son did get grant money that seemed to more or less act like a scholarship. I don’t have any more details than that, but for what it’s worth...
