Depends on your angle. Seems many folks who want expansion

aren’t doing so to provide a more worthy champion. They want it to be more inclusive. They essentially want to devalue the regular season in favor of a larger invitational. If we do that we might as well go to 16 and change a lot of things about college football.

I am a “4” guy but I am also a guy who realized college football as we know it was forever changed once any kind of playoff was approved. All attention from day 1 goes toward the playoff which further dempasizes bowls and focuses on the elite. Kind of funny to me how people are trying to make college football the NFL in many different respects. Can’t fully blame them because of the money involved. That money needs to somehow be channeled back into academics and lowered tuition but will never happen.
