Best way to cook a steak is in that skillet


Sear it on both sides on high heat then slide the skillet into the oven at 300 degrees until almost cooked to your liking. Then remove, baste in butter for a minute and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Warning: The searing process makes smoke, lots of it, have your vent fan on high.
