Care for Cast Iron


It's a good idea to periodically reseaon it in the oven. The biggest mistake people make is applying too much oil. Put a very very thin coat on and then wipe it again 2x until it is more like a 'sheen' than a coating or you will be sorry. Too much oil will cause it to become sticky and ruin the whole thing.

And I have so many recipes, I couldn't list them.
