My daughters have been able to get on the correct meds from their psychiatrist and they have a good connection with our youth pastor at our Church to help them with the challenge of being a teenager in the social media age. We also stay very active and they find relief by being on the go on the weekends with fun activities like going to the theme parks. One of my daughters gets relief by exercising and my other daughter gets relief through singing and playing the piano.

As for me like you state it is a stressful environment to be in. I play in a sports league in town and belong to a gym where I can lift weights, jump in a pick up hoops game, or swim laps. This helps keep me in a good state of mind to help my daughters through their issues. I also attend church when I can and I found great guidance from the Bible. I have been in this loop for 10 years.3 years was really bad but it has slightly improved as my daughters have gotten older. I am praying for you and your daughters and your family. You are not alone!
