FfxI have some info that may help your situation (see inside)

First off the adult support groups are very helpful..For your youngest look into NAMI which has some great resources and groups in your area. For your oldest if it appears that she may be an alcoholic then support groups like AlAnon for family and friends is very good.

In regards to your youngest and the depression it may be worth a call to the office of Dr. Patrick Oliver. He has been administering the low dose Ketamine infusionsa friend's very depressed daughter has been receiving these and the change is incredible. He has an office in the DC Metro. (Above all...if you need somebody to talk to that has been where you are let me know and we can figure out a way to talk)
