IMHO, they should have bumped up to "big boy" football as soon as...

...the Big Least added that to the conference.

But they sat around with the small private BB schools, laughing it up, making jokes about the "all sports" schools. The result: I think every BE "all sports" school from the 90s is now in a P5 conference and UCONN is on the outside looking in.
