Haha, bingo.


Such an obsession with fad diets, cool diets, etc. All looking for the short-term (and often unhealthy) fix.

Much better to make overall changes, and gradually lose weight.

Throw out the "extra" calories (fries, chips, cookies, dessert, mayo, soda, high-fat dressing & sauce), and you can eliminate thousands of calories per week.
