I would go to 6 teams- All 5 conference champions and one from all other

conferences. The highest rated non-power 5 school and the 5 conference champions. If you do not win your conference you do not get in. The two highest seeds would get a bye. No more excuses. Only conference champs and give the small conferences one spot so they all feel like they have a shot.
