At its core a wrestling program is its wrestling room. If you want to presserve the integrity of the program it starts with the wrestling Room..if Robie goes after 10 years with Va tech the your are looking at a dramatic shift. Thats why I say Roby

Zadick - a lower weight coach we great international experience
St John - a middle weight coach that brings Iowa toughness
Robie - most experienced Coach..Upper weight coach

IMO - the ideal candidate for the next assistant if you promote Robie is another Upperweight coach with a strong international resume..oh yeah.ideally with the potential of being a great recruiter. Also would hurt to have another east coast guy.

I think Dresser is a creator not a destroyer I dont think he is interested in seeing what he built be destroyed.he has strong ties to the community. He might pick off an assistant after the season but I would be surprised if he go after the hokie staff.
