THe key hire is hiring a top five program

you have to cut the emotion from the business hire.

VT position is not a nitch job, but a major hire in the wrestling community. With significant resources, and the regional wrestling center and university commitment, the hire has to be proven sustained top ten candidate, that can bring VT sustained top 5 program and championship.

He's a great guy, done well, and last head coaching job was mediocre. There is difference between Head coach and associate..... With the money VT expects to pay a coach, they have to be prudent.
