What's this?

.....a guy that can manage all aspects of a top 5 program....


that includes running a RTC (which we have) with a team attached and an international presence (which we don't), fundraising, ability to attract and hire top assistants and workout partners.

In many ways Dresser was the CEO, who concentrated on building infrastructure with Robie being the coach/teacher.

I'm not saying that Robie won't be the guy, or isn't the right guy, but if the next guy focuses solely on the mat and not the infrastructure, we'll either take a step back or fail to take a step forward. We should open up the search to include candidates who come from big time programs like Iowa, Ohio State, Penn St, and Oklahoma State, in addition to Zadick and Robie.
