Yeah I'm down with making it worth is while to stay.

He is at 150k this year, and we probably don't have to match an ISU offer. Surely we can find 50k somewhere. He has developed pretty deep roots in Virginia, and with the way he built this program he is going to have a real hard time getting fired. Or he can go to ISU and play second fiddle to Iowa for the rest of his career for a little extra money.
