Live in Maryland.

You want to avoid 495 North as its a ridiculous bottleneck where the HOT lanes end. I see it backed up at a stand still at times all the way to 267 and beyond. Going south on 495 in the evening is no picnic either. I would completely avoid it if I were you and just stay in Maryland.

And as vt90 said, traffic right now in August is the lightest it gets all year. Wait until September and then check those cameras again.
