I'd guess that Nebraska would have almost no say so.

It's not like UT would be able to roll into the Big Ten and demand the championship game be played in Texas every year. I think the whole Nebraska-Texas feud is a bit overblown anyway and water under the bridge.

That's not to say I think Texas is on their way out.
