So glad we don't have to worry about our future....


I can remember prior to Big East membership, worrying that we might get left out of the "big picture" in the college football landscape. A red headed step child without a conference. Living in Chapel Thrill and working in Durham, I feel for ECU. A school that "is out in the middle of nowhere, that doesn't have a big TV market, and has a decent football team" who would want to add this team to their conference? Sound familiar doesn't it! Exactly what they had been saying about VT. Frank said once we got into a decent football conference it really helped VT grow, I wonder if the same is true for ECU The trouble is their options aren't as good as ours was. 5 Power conferences, 4 about maxed out and one probably on the verge of collapse. So there is really nowhere for ECU to go in the future......
