What's this?

16 teams with 4 divsions. 2 divsions play each other & winner goes to Champ

(conference)game. Each cross over conference series should be a two year home and away series.

That means 7 Conference Games and any other game doesn't count for making the championship game even if it is someone in the conferecne like UNC and Wake are going to do.

ND would still have 5 OOC games if they come in and if they don't they will not count just like they don't know. Let's say they are not coming now, who are the two that you add now?

PS Need to change the playoff rules to make this change and let them have 4 divsions with the cross-over division model.
