Having Navy play a full P5 conference schedule would be irresponsible

Unless they're planning to make some serious adjustments to the focus on athletics and who they admit it makes ZERO sense for Navy to join the ACC.

Going 4-8 every year for eternity would be a terrible PR move, not to mention the uptick in injuries.

Why/how do people think this is a possibility?

ND isn't going to join a conference because Navy is a member, they're going to join a conference because they have no other choice in staying relevant.
