UConn is 38% subsidy. Rutgers is 33% subsidy with B1G money.

There is very little support for athletics in general in New Jersey for Rutgers. This is not the case at UConn within Connecticut. And UConn fans travel very well for their basketball programs. UConn needs work with football, and we all know that. Rutgers needs work everywhere.
