While not outwardly forceful, it seems VT is ready to make decisions based on the info at the end of the year.

So I wonder what VT's response will be when that one way or the other comes? Anyhow, I love the new VT regime. I don't get the sense that these guys are just happy to be in the room during ACC meetings. They understand the value VT adds and they understand that VT has options.
