Do you have to do behavior based interviews? Because I find them awful...
Frequently, I get very little value from the responses from the questions. I get more input from the demeanor, professionalism, etc. It's more of a feel than anything else.
I'm not saying the responses aren't completely valuable, but it's more about feel than most anything else in my opinion. Jerry Seinfeld compared dating to a job interview, but I think the reverse is true (in a completely professional way mind you).
I still like "tell me about yourself" but I have to do behavior based interviews so I can't ask that anymore.
