As much as it is raking me over the coals, it's horrible for her. If I'm looking for anything positive in all this, it's that my dad's head injury + his underlying core personality leaves him pretty self centered.

When I broke the news about mom this morning (mom and dad have separate rooms now - long story), his response was "you need to tell this place I eat bacon for breakfast every morning. They say it's only 3 times a week. I want bacon! Tell them Becky!"
