PAC has no illusions about their options

Option A is Texas and whoever.

Option B is grab as many public universities as you can in the order of KU, OU, TT, KSU, OSU, and ISU until you get to +4.

They don't have the opportunity to be picky. Those schools are not much different than many schools already in the conference. Plus they all are engineering and science heavy.
